      Pros

      Learned a lot about financial planning, everybody is very interested in you learnings and your career. Relaxed environment makes it easy to get to know people at all levels in the organization

      Cons

      Often have to deal with a lot of paperwork, filing, litigations etc., sometimes felt more like I was doing secretary work than anything. No performance feedback at all.
