Pros

Work hours are offer good family/work balance...no work on Saturdays which is becoming more rare in banks nowadays. Paid holidays/Good benefits Advancement Opportunities

Cons

Unrealistic weekly sales goals. Very high turn-over due to nature of business and goals. Training is one of the worst I have ever seen in any organization. Only work here if you can't find anything else and even then, keep looking...

compensation is not bad, job security is good, work environment is great, working hour is not that long. I like it so far.

Cons

Opportunities for moving up is not that great. Organization structure is diversified. Chances of getting promote is 80% on connection, 10% in performance and 10% by luck.
