Pros

great benefits, great bank accounts for employees, discounts with other companies like verizon or at&t, and of course... holidays are always closed days!

Cons

all this job was sales, sales, sales. I am not against sales jobs, but don't do it under the cover of a title like relationship banker. At one time, banking was a respected position. Now not so much. Towards the end, our Regional President hired a District Sales manager from Wells Fargo and after that it became like a used car lot.

Cons

Difficulty in navigating through such a big organization can be overwhelming Too much weight on titles/accreditation Slow employee/management turnover, hence limited opportunities to move up

Pros

The traiining that has been put into place in some areas of the buisness eg. Call centres is far superior to the training done through the branch level.

Cons

There is said to be a strong focus on family as part of the work experience. However all decisons on hours focus solely on what is best for the buisness and ingore family responsiblities.
