Pros

Management recognizes importance of work life balance. Compensation is better than BOA and Wachovia.

Cons

Very little opportunity to move up. Everything is focused on making Scorecard #'s. Reorganizations happen every 6 months or so. When your boss' boss is out playing golf most afternoons, while you're stressed out to make your numbers, it's not very motivating!

Pros

They have a very good sales culture and do a good job promoting this sales culture throughout the branches and business banking.

Cons

They are not strong operationally. Their backroom function needs improvement. RBC did not seem to have a good reputation in the marketplace.

Pros

A solid talent management strategy that accelerated my career. A fabulous culture, considering its size it is very effective.

Cons

The salary is average. The performance rating system doesn't always encourage exceptional performance.
