Pros

Easy Nobody really does any work because of how locked down it is. Even if you wanted to do work you can’t because you have to wait for other teams that don’t do work.

Cons

Awful leadership. They laid off thousands during a profitable quarter. Unreasonably greedy ceo.

Worst job I ever had

Pros

You have a job/career

Cons

Barely anyone speaks English. You are put in a tiny overcrowded room ("the lab") and have zero space or comfort zone. People cough and sweat on to each other due to lack of personal working space. You don't even get a locker or drawer. The Water Park Place building is terribly overcrowded. Management is only concerned with timelines. People are used to casual racism and rudeness. Work from home is not allowed.

Pros

- Good work life balance - Bike parking if you can secure it - Showers

Cons

- Badly managed in a shocking manner - Lack of strategy for boosting brand in UK - Toronto has a tight grip on things that doesn't help - If you're not part of the 'club', your days are numbered
