Managers get feedback on how employees do from other favored employees. Too much favoritism for certain employees and no attention or guidance for others.

Employee benefits (banking, Perkopolis), big company so lots of opportunity to network with other business units (ie. banking, wealth management, etc.), RBC name looks great on the resume

Cons

Toxic culture, starting from the very top with Mike Hamilton and Holly Coffil. Aggressive micromanagement style, bullying, and a lack of vision for supporting the staff to be successful. The advisor attrition rate is 80%!!! That should tell you all you need to know.
