      Misuse of belief of German Management

      Pros

      Good organization for vendors. Because they used to get payment before due date, they don't need to do follow for payment . They get more and good rates and advance payment compare to market. So, if you are a vendor, please approach Sales Director or MD for your business. Don't approach to purchase department, it doesn't exist here.

      Cons

      Management show off or make reports to make German team happy. In fact they are misusing German teams belief and not doing profits. They can hire anyone without any reason and hence can fire anyone without reason. They don't hire over qualified or smart employee, otherwise he will raise voice. If they hire such employee, they will fire them for sure. It's vendor friendly organization, no negotiations, no comparison , direct orders and advance payments. Every time and everyone is working on accounts activity, so no discussion on technology, new adoptions in SCM, operations. 2 people are ruining this organization.
