      Somewhat flexible shifts with long hours

      Cons

      Schedules too tight, impossible to take a decent break in a 10h shift if you want to have any chance to complete your work in the required time

      They just hire you on the spot because they never have enough employees (red flag), some coworkers are nice

      Cons

      The management is rude, especially to Aushilfe, they expect you to know every aspect of the job even if you're new, yet they provide minimum training and they even get mad if you call in sick, the pay is minimum wage but they pay Zenjob workers more than actual employees
