Not applicable.. company more focused on lazy long term employees . Who just stay because they are comfortable staying in one company for long time . As it provides ways for them to be lazy and give work to new hardworking outside employees..

Managers and long term employees local Take holidays when ever they want and won’t inform any one in team .. if you come n join .. you work more but get less appreciation as your local team mates take credit
