As a defense contractor, there is a sense of satisfaction associated with supplying America’s military force with the products and services necessary to achieve strategic and tactical advantage.

Cons

This division of the company has challenges in recruiting and retaining the appropriately talented workforce to achieve technological prowess. Over the years, the benefits packages have increasingly failed to compete with other major regional employers.

Great benefits, solid history, great and friendly staff, multiple departments to select jobs or services from, competitive salaries and professional atmosphere, overseas opportunities contractual and full time employment opportunities, prime government defense contractor in Afghanistan

Cons

Limited upward mobility depending on availability and individual qualifications, sometimes favoritism is shown amongst management but definitely something that one can overcome
