Great team work and company atmosphere. First line managers and supervisors take care of their people. Very interesting work that truly makes an impact.

Cons

When times and contracts get tight it comes down to the bottom line. I saw a number of people let go because the business unit was not expanding and keeping highly skilled people employed.
