Culture, you really want to come to work, very focused on doing the right thing, extremely high ethical climate. Thought of very well within the Government Contracting arena.

Cons

Constant reorganization causing some concern within programs, senior leadership somewhat out of touch with employees, pay is within industry standard.

Fascinating work, still some great people, some businesses better than others.

Cons

Totally incompetent, stupid, corrupt, short sighted managers at the Director level and up; HR Gestapo; wave after wave of layoffs of the best customer-value-added people while keeping the idiot bureaucrats. The formula for success at Raytheon is simple 1) Make your numbers 2) Tell your boss what he wants to hear 3) Dont rock the boat.
