- Great people that are a joy to work with - A lot of career flexibility if you know how to navigate large companies - Great place for more junior level professionals to try different things and move across functions

Cons

- Our own internal processes are killing us - Employee experience will differ from business to business depending on where you land - Constant reorgs post the merger are impossible to follow making it difficult to understand your leadership chain at times - It's a public company and shareholders will always come first
