      Perspective workers receive tons of project experience, but employee benefits are at the discretion of the supervisors and managers. All employees receive a yearly raise, based on performance.

      Cons

      Work schedule is not flexible, and requires you to constantly be on call. Additionally, work schedule is only posted 3 days max before expected next schedule week.
