Absolutely nothing positive to working here

Cons

Inept management, horrid HR support, Homophobic culture (multiple slurs thrown around daily from cell leads and group leaders), awful benefits package, union takes a large chunk of check every pay period without providing anything in return, payroll is awful and withholds funds from you constantly then makes you fight relentlessly to get it back
