Pros

-Competitive starting salary for new grads. -Excellent benefits -9/80 work schedule is great for breaking up the work/life structure -Opportunity to get involved in recreational groups to network with fellow employees.

Cons

As a new hire there is no structure to address adjustment to a new company, and virtually no mentoring or goal addressing. The age gap is clearly visible amongst employees. There are a few new grads, but the majority of the company is in the 35-55 age bracket. T The group dynamic needs to be instilled in workers. Working collaboratively would be much better than being explained what you 'need to do.' Any engineer knows there is more than one way to accomplish a task.

Pros

Lots of work so long as the liberals don't turn us into France. This is my second review on RMS. Not much has changed so read the earlier version.

Cons

Way, way, way too much bee-es about ethics, and diversity. Yes, its become much worse over the last year. Every time I turn around, its another "ethics training session" or more bee-es about "diversity." Why do they push this krapola when Congress is about as dishonest and immoral as the anti-christ and senior management keeps promoting the "under represented classes" Sound bitter? Yep, I was passed over in favor of ... well, you get it.

Pros

Work life balance is not too bad if you just put in your required forty hours and not let them work you to death.

Cons

This place is horrible! Lack of communication. Inadequate training especially for new hires. New people are left to figure everything out on there own with no training and expected to complete tasks with no direction. Everybody assumes you know what they are talking about and how to complete the work. Trying to figure out how to manipulate the financial systems here is a joke.
