Cons
After corporate denied a pregnant colleague's COVID vaccine exemption request, I made my decision to leave. Culture is unbearable. Between ruthlessly enforcing unconstitutional vaccine mandates and telling white employees to "step aside" for their minority colleagues, they fostered a hostile political environment through heavily politicized unionization. Having worked on both the "hourly" and salary sides of the company at multiple locations for over 5 years, I can safely say that I would never work for RTX again.
