Pros

Good mix of younger and more senior engineers. Pay was competitive. Work was also interesting.

Cons

Bigger teams on projects, meaning you get a smaller area to focus on.

Pros

Every other Friday off. Flexible working hours

Cons

Your experience will entirely depend on what team you get placed on. Few teams do cutting edge development, vast majority do not. If you are not on a cutting edge team your days will move at a snail's pace and you'll have to find things to make yourself look busy because you will not be getting much work. Would be a good company to coast to retirement at but not good for right out of college. You are not paid for required meetings and have to make up that time later in the day or week.

Pros

Pretty good working environment and there are a number of very competent people. THere is a diversity of interesting work available and if you're a high performer people will depend on you. They also do reward high performers for good work and you can make important contributions to the United States

Cons

The bureaucracy is real for things as silly as limiting the number of monitors to being forced to use ancient software. There are also a few "hot potatoes", which are difficult to fire but are really terrible performers. Because they don't perform well, every manager just keeps passing them off to another manager.
