Pros

-Stable paycheck -Nice people for the most part -Some interesting domestic and international work

Cons

-New people get good pay for the first year or two, but the salary doesn't increase much after that. You need to become a contractor or jump companies to get market value. -Outdated systems and tools, you will probably not add many useful skills to your resume. -Lots of overtime and weekend work. Work life balance is not usually great. -Not many new projects right now, which means that sites are still letting people go while replacing them with less expensive alternatives.
