      PMO work in RWE

      Pros

      The PMO position is RWE is great, since it provides many opportunities to conduct internal stakeholders management and is a good position to manage as well oversee the execution of the entire infrastructure project in the energy industry. The main frame of project management follows the PMP, certification from PMI, and the main methodology is waterfall style.

      Cons

      RWE is a giant company, so the scope of work of each position is clear defined. If you don't intentionally spend time on understanding other people's work, you will be good only on your scope of work.
