Pros

Good environment, good place to learn. One can learn about the entire European energy complex well from a market leader. Was a good learning experience for me.

Cons

pay is less and Swindon is not the most desirable place. The office location is not the best! But the people are nice which makes up for it!

Pros

Good working environment with friendly colleagues. Some movement towards flexible working with a challenging atmosphere in that there is a lot of work required to get the IT structure of the company fit for purpose.

Cons

Company is disorganised and in a state of constant change. Leadership from the top is not strong and is German-centric, the senior management are trying to impose a one size fits all approach which i not working due to the different levels of maturity within each country..
