Really great team, good events during the winter and summer consulting days, skiing trip, close connection to the top management, nice office in the Lysegang

Cons

Processes within consulting are not clear, projects are mainly focusing on cost-reduction and employee reduction as well as project management

Cons

Nobody cares about company. Effectiveness is a word that should not be used there, You can be hardly motivated to do anything at all. Even management does not care about anything, Variable salary is one big joke, Career progress possible if your boss or colleague leaves, dies or becomes pregnant, Boring work. If you ask for something more challenging, people laugh at you, Tons of promises and relatively high demanding interview when you enter company, but as you get in, you realize that trained monkey could do your job. To make it short: ex-monopoly company full of bureaucracy with lack of flexibility
