      Pros

      Great work-life balance, pretty decent salary but no benefits. No overtime required.

      Cons

      People were made redundant and had to leave the project only a few months after being hired (and moved especially for the job from abroad). The rest of us had their working hours reduced from full time to part time and eventually, a year after that, more people were laid off. The overall feeling is being considered nothing more than just a number, expendable at any time. Very repetitive job, no opportunities to grow.

      If you are a hard worker and don't mind being underpaid, RWS Moravia is the right place for you. Great career opportunities for sociopaths.

      Cons

      Moravia RWS tries to save at the expense of quality and well-being at the workplace. The human resources are truly underspent. The company is constantly threatening with lowering headcount. Management is unable to secure fair SLAs with our clients.
