      Pros

      Challenging and stimulating environment. Opportunities to learn new things all the time. Flexible working hours and WFH. Lately great investment into development program and activities for employees in area of well-being.

      I don't know if it's typical for the industry, but the job is pure slavery for the client, who must be always right (even when he isn't) and the PMs support that, instead of supporting their subordinates and team members.
