If you are a hard worker and don't mind being underpaid, RWS Moravia is the right place for you. Great career opportunities for sociopaths.

Cons

Moravia RWS tries to save at the expense of quality and well-being at the workplace. The human resources are truly underspent. The company is constantly threatening with lowering headcount. Management is unable to secure fair SLAs with our clients.

Really great people in operations.

Cons

After the acquisition by RWS, Moravia seems to invest much less into its employees. Salary becomes less competitive overall, cuts of training & development budget, ... Not a great outlook.
