Pros
I work for Glue reply. It is good for integration projects. Good for juniors to learn new technology. London office is in good location with good connectivity.
Cons
Nothing special, I think there should be more freedom in getting specialisation in technology of choice. The management gives freedom but sometime it is not possible due to the kind of projects and client available and tech stack they are using.
