Team culture from the employee side is great. A lot of events and teambuilding organised by the holding

Mircomanagement, horrible HR which is not trustworthy, toxic work culture, we are "family"approch which is used to make people work more for less money, working methods from Italy applied which mainly means mircomanagement, hierachy and focus on male leaders.
