      Pros

      Nice and cozy company, with very strong values. Lots of specialized sub-companies (Amazon partners, Microsoft partners, Google partners, Oracle partners, Videogames, IoT, mobile development), make it possible to switch field of work if you want to, when there are opportunities available.

      Cons

      Lots of sub-companies, it is not unusual to see the management fight over a customer when job involves different techlogies.

      little rules to abide by. As long as you get along with few key people you can get away with a lot of flexibility

      A small company mentality, lack of structure, - if you dont get along with a few key people then soon you will be on your way out

      The salary is good with respect to national average. There is flexibility about woking hours. Informal environment: no specific dresscode required.

      Cons

      Work sometimes is not very interesting. If you're unlucky, you can be sent to work in cities that are very far from your hiring place.
