      - Management ist weder Business noch Mitarbeiter fokussiert - Titel super toll Tätigkeit Premium Sachbearbeiter - Viel Operativ, obwohl ein Global Key Account Manager ein strategischer AP sein sollte - Entziehung der Benefits wenn man kündigt - Kündigung wird als Beleidigung angesehen und man wird ausgegrenzt oder wie es mein Chef pflegt zu sagen ´´aufs Abstellgleis gestellt`` - Respektloser Umgang, wenn man seine eigene Meinung äußert - Konflikmanagement nicht vorhanden

      On it's way to the most human-centric FinTech

      Pros

      What really stands out at Riverty are the people. There are great and fun individuums who really live the team spirit and there is no "one wants it all" thinking. It feels like we are almost transforming all the time and we have restructured at least once a year, therefore new opportunities come up quite often and it never gets boring.

      Cons

      We don't have a policy to work from somewhere else than your home country. A lot of other companies and FinTechs offer 4 weeks to work from wherever and as we have a lot of foreign employees this could support them in staying close to their families.
