      WiPro leadership, lack of understanding Rizing business operations. Leaders who have been at WiPro 20+ years and have no other perspective. Inefficient processes and low cost resources. Significantly impacting support to clients. Leadership by fear where it’s rare to find a WiPro employee who doesn’t lie and manipulate to protect themself. Worst work environment.

      Acquisition by Wipro has been bumpy and a lot of the talent has left the company the last 2 years
