- You will work with very talented, bright people who are working on healthcare solutions for the present and future. - Great pay, excellent benefits, professional environment, and mostly good management.

Cons

- It is a large company, so bureaucracy is real and change can be slow (especially if you are accustomed to a start-up environment). - Like most large companies, there are occasional restructuring / RIF cycles.

Base pay is very good

Cons

Culture is abysmal, very goal orientated with little/no job satisfaction Despite being "class leading", purse strings are being squeezed, forcing remote people to become silo'd and have very little development opportunities. Vastly different atmosphere being a field based employee vs office based.
