      good leadership makes all the difference. despite the size of our group we had a manager who would take the time to talk to each member at least once a week to try and get an opinion from everyone who was involved in the work. Gave everyone a feeling they were part ofthe team

      Cons

      no so much flexibility in the job. i didn't care for the workspace either, too cramped and a bit run down and in need of a new coat of paint

      Pros

      A lot of training provided and also very friendly atmosphere. Also a very conducive environment that fosters integrity, courage and passion in both the office and the workplace!

      Cons

      Incentive structure not attractive enough for the sales reps where there is no motivation to achieve higher than the sales budget. Also, not very savvy in terms of multimedia and digital information
