      Great benefits (health, dental, life), on site health care facility of licensed nurses and doctors, their own fire dept, great cafeterias, family time atmosphere

      Cons

      Company relied on past products and did not look to add products to the pipeline. Employee benefits reduced due to economy but still ahead of others in clubs and activites they offer and sponsor
