Pros

Decent work, pay and benefits. When contracts were ending they did their best to make sure we had work to get paid. Direct leadership did a good job looking out for us.

Cons

As with any contracting company, contracts do end and when funding runs low you may get shuffled around.

Pros

SAIC has the money as a giant corporation to pay its employees and its contracts are solid

Cons

You have to negotiate for the pay you deserve rather than the company looking out for you based on work ethic and results. Some areas are well developed in processes while some lack those process improvements. Communication between management and employees could improve.

Thank you for leaving a review! We offer a diverse range of comprehensive benefits to meet your needs, as well as promote health and wellness. We also adopted an optional 9/80 flexible work schedule where employees work a combination of 80 hours over nine days, then enjoy a Friday off every other week.
