Pros

Genuine feeling of family from working here. Work is stimulating and interesting.

Cons

Pay is fairly low for an engineer, even a junior. Moreover the onboarding pay rate hasnt been changing, so I am effectively being paid 3 years of inflation less than my coworkers were being paid when they started here 4 years ago. Payed time off IS sick leave, and I had to choose often between coming in sick, or not having any vacations for months . I needed therapy and found the core medical plan has a 4500 deductible for therapy or pschiatry.
