SAIC is great, Customers not so much.

Supportive company and try to work you.

Cons

Mostly Federal and DOD support contracts. Any clash with the GS personnel, you will always lose, no matter who is right or wrong. There is no redress mechanism for grievances with the government employees and we will always just be dirty contractors.

Flexible schedule, knowledgeable supervisors, and ability for career growth

Cons

Job limitations due to contract agreement. New duties outside of original agreement has to be reviewed and can cause delay in work.
