Pros

My leadership has always valued my contribution and compensated me fairly for my work output and managerial success. I'm given a lot of autonomy to run the program I manage, which has contributed greatly to our team's success.

Cons

Once the company split into SAIC and Leidos, the cost pressures have been extremely noticeable. Less bodies to do as much or more work. Less focus on employee morale and more on the bottom line.

Pros

Very supportive of employees, willing to work hard to listen to and respond to issues and resource needs, including organizational backing and support

Cons

Going through growing pains with the Leidos split and implementation of their service line matrix. These should be completed by now and supporting employee development.
