Very talented employee pool with deep domain, technology and client expertise. Supportive management, flexibility, and lot of options for growth. Support structures are good in terms of aligning employees with what they need.

Cons

Can be a bit overwhelming for new employees, may take a bit of time to leverage everything that is available
