Great Place to Work

Pros

There is a very friendly work environment here, amazing people. The schedule is flexible as long as you're transparent about events and notify someone. This place is super military and family friendly and are willing to work with people on leave related to both. At the level of management I've seen, I don't have any issues.

Cons

This place is constantly expanding, so sometimes things get a little hectic as far as movement. Don't expect to stay at the same workstation for a whole lot of time, and you'll have to be very flexible in that regard.
