Highly collaborative teams from senior leadership on down to individual contributors. Relatively flat organization (fewer layers) means more agile, efficient, flow of information and more approachable, responsive leadership. Positive, empowering, supportive environment geared toward mutual success. Very effective with providing access to tools/resources/information needed for employee's success. At the cutting edge of applying technology to solve customer's biggest mission challenges, and also to help make employees' jobs easier

Cons

Compensation is good but benefit package is average, e.g., 401k employer contribution is not as high as what others in the industry offer
