Work with great co-workers Creating new applications for web pages Encouraged to be creative and share your ideas with the team Flexible work schedule Hybrid work Great benefits

Cons

Pay isn't great for the work you're doing especially with everything going up in price. Everyone got pay cuts on their new contract with SAIC back in December 2024. Management above the Task Leads don't know you on a personal level which makes it harder to show what work you've done and to feel appreciated of the work you are doing. This also makes it harder for you to get promotions or raises for your hard work you do.

Pros

The company takes care of their people very well. They go to great lengths to make accommodations also. There's freedom to pursue new paths if you desire.

Cons

I would like to have a few more hours of leave a month to get an extra 3-5 days a year. There's an opportunity to buy purchase time off. I know they emphasize training and education, but they fall well short of the structure and monetary support needed.
