Good pay/nice benefits. Caring, dedicated direct supervisors.

Cons

Constant reorganization. Massive 42,000 employee company with little connection back to the "mother ship". Once and done attitude in the way direct employees are treated. When your contact is over, you are finished! No paid bench and no severance.

The benefits are excellent. The work is good. The opportunities to move are available.

Cons

Management loves you as long as the customer likes you and the contract is ongoing. When the contract ends so does your employment even though you are a "full time employee" of SAIC. Be prepared to treat this job as a job. Making a career at SAIC requires being in the executive management pool.
