Pros

They preach integrity and much to their credit, they practice it. No allowance for failing to do the right thing when working for SAIC. Makes you proud to be associated with them. And the company is well respected for what it can bring to a customer.

Cons

Like so many others, driven to generate revenue, even though it may have negative impacts on employees, but the company often tries to mitigate those impacts.

Very intelligent, competent and collaborative work force. Ethics if very strong; regardless of 2 people from the CityTime debacle. Excellent Project and Program execution.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. Poor communication from senior management. 3 CEOs in 3 years. Strategic vision.

Decent Pay Normal vacation hours (2 weeks) Low amount of pressure to perform.

Cons

No system to get promoted. Hard work isn't rewarded. Benefits are not very good.
