Benefits are pretty good. Professional atmosphere all around. I would say the pay is fair to good overall for work performed.

Cons

Zero communication from management. None, yet somehow we're expected to know what they're thinking. Bottom line seems to be their only focus. Annual pay raises are very sub par, does not come close to inflation rates.
