You need to show initiative and you will be rewarded with learning new things. Everyone is very nice to work with.

Cons

Some of the technologies are not the most cutting edge. It really depends where you end up in the organization structure.

Dedication to ethical behavior in the work place and with our customers Commitment to excellence in execution and providing the customer more than expected Fair compensation Good internal communications up and down

Cons

SAIC is a large company with lots of internal divisions and sub divisions making it difficult to stay internally connected - our challenge is to be ONE SAIC and we have to work at it every day.
