Pros

Good benefits package, technical work in support of issues of national importance, good base pay

Cons

Stove-piped and fragmented company, poor collaboration across BUs, competition among and within groups, poor management communication to staff, lack of adequate resources and authority to perform job duties compared to other companies. Very hierarchial and command and control mentality.

Pros

The benifits are okay, but some of the management skillset is not great. Some of management is good but some are lacking heavily.

Cons

It is a consulting firm and seems that they are always talking layoffs or losing contracts. They should improve on what they do.
