Pros

SIAC used to be a great place to work, things were thought through without being rushed and you really felt like you are accomplishing a lot.

Cons

There was too much politics and red tape to clear before getting anything done. The salary was so so, can find better pay elsewhere.

Great employees making a difference for the Nation's warfighters. The company has excellent breadth of skills across it's many divisions.

Cons

Company culture has changed dramatically over past 5 years. SAIC is becoming like every other large Aerospace and Defense company. Difficult to access skills of other divisions.
