Good people to work with INteresting work environment where i was located Flexible scheduling capability to help people Travel to client locations was exciting training on the job was good

Pros

There aren't too many other than the flexible schedule.

Cons

The project I'm working on does NOT have any focus. Management is incompetent and foolhardy. They generally tend to roll their own solutions with no respect with what their peers are doing even if there are better solutions. Very arrogant management. No control of the customer. The customer leads the business relationship.

Good place for young professionals

Pros

Strong internal upward path for young professionals. Strong educational and internal professional training oppportunities.

Cons

For mid career professionals it can be tough to realign in your area when there are contract ends. There are internal processes but they are not as robust as one would think at times.
