Pros

Good Pay, Decent benefits. The HR rep was nice when I met her once. Other than that, just another place to work at.

Cons

Don't expect training. SAIC is the place to work at when you don't expect promotions or possibilities to advance your career. The budget for training employees is tiny and in most cases, won't even buy the books. When comparing salaries, keep in mind that this company will not be investing in you.

Pros

Latest tech Pride Job significance Company history Quality of work.

Cons

Certain HR and management dealing with outside consulting firms in an unethical manner. Waste of company's resources. Management that if it was not deceitful it was incompetent. Some were much better in office politics and much worst in managing projects. A parent company that was fighting constructive change till it was too late. Nepotism.
