      Pros

      Smart people to work with Many locations Different Projects So far, I am happy with the project I am working on.

      Cons

      I am still trying to receive some professional training. I have not yet received any feedback from the Management yet. Lot of waiting time. No Standard 3 months/6 months/9 months review.

      Pros

      Pay was above average for this area. I was given significant responsibility and minimal management interference in completing my projects. I got the opportunity to travel worldwide.

      Cons

      Although I was not, most of my engineering colleagues were micromanaged. Morale was low. Some employees were kept on and even promoted despite consistent incompetence. Engineering was pushed to standardize systems and reduce cost, but sales promised custom systems to each customer.

      Pros

      > Free food and lots of other benefits > Fantastic work-life balance and very friendly management. > Good support from onshore colleagues > If you are married and want to live a peaceful life then SAIC is one of the best place in India. You can expect L2 level of support job, onsite opportunities (for specific programs).

      Cons

      > Can't expect high-end technicalities > No exposure to Engineering project > No vision from higher management resulting in loosing good contracts
